Debra Moses, CPA

She specializes in the preparation of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, non-profits, estates and trusts, including representation before the IRS and other taxing authorities, as well as all levels of financial statements: audits, reviews and compilations. Debra's expertise includes retirement planning, pensions, and payroll. She also provides assistance in small business start-ups and accounting software setup and design.
Debra is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park with a BS in Business Administration and Accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, the Maryland Society of Accountants, and Past President of the Association of Practicing Certified Public Accountants.
Debra's community involvement ranges from having been on the PTA and Girl Scout leader to currently serving as a Board Member and Treasurer of Temple Emanuel. She enjoys the theatre, traveling, hiking, reading and spending time with her family.
Jay Pollack, CPA
jay@opmcpa.comJay's diverse industry experience and primary clients include construction and manufacturing firms, professional service companies, retail and wholesale firms and real estate developers. His major focus apart from business is individual, estate and trust tax planning and preparation. He also has significant experience with representation before the IRS, litigation support, equity and bank financing, financial statement presentation and planning for business combinations. He has more than 30 years of public accounting experience.
Jay is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, the Maryland Society of Accountants and the Maryland Estate Planning Council. He is also a Past President and member of the Association of Certified Public Accountants. Jay serves on the Board of Directors of Montgomery County Employees Federal Credit Union and is the Past President of The Advisory Board.
Jay graduated in 1976 from the University of Maryland at College Park with a BS in Accounting. He enjoys being with his family, reading, exercising and playing golf in his free time.
Jerry F. Gross, CPA, PFS
Jerry Gross has more than 25 years experience addressing the accounting, auditing and tax related needs of a wide range of client businesses and industries. These industries include non-profits, construction contractors, real estate development, pension plans and condominium clients. Jerry has extensive experience in conducting audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards, the provisions of the Single Audit Act and OMB Circular A-133. Additionally, he assists non-profit organization with regard to federal and state tax compliance matters and provides tax counsel to individual clients.
Jerry is in charge of the firm's quality control compliance and is responsible for the Firm's participation in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Peer Review Program. He also provides guidance to other CPA firms in connection with their participation in the AICPA peer review program.
Jerry received a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland at College Park in 1977 and has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Maryland since 1980. He is a member of the AICPA, Maryland Association of CPA's, American Society of Association Executives and Maryland Nonprofits.
Jerry is Past President and Treasurer of the Potomac-Bethesda Rotary Club and is currently serving as the Secretary of the Club. Jerry is an avid sports fan and especially enjoys a road trip to Baltimore to see the Orioles win in Camden Yards.
